EMBRACE THE GRIND (or ETG for short) was founded by Jason Galyean in 2016, unfortunately, due to COVID and a world pandemic ETG hit a bump in the road. After some hard work and tough grind (Pun intended) ETG is now fully back on track and is determined to share the knowledge, wisdom and technique that has granted valuable lessons, victories and defeats.
